About these terms
These terms apply to every service booked with Global Attraction Travel & Tourism (PVT) Ltd. (“we”, “us”), whether through this website, WhatsApp, phone or our office in Bhimber, Azad Kashmir. By sending a booking request you agree to them.
Booking requests & confirmation
A request sent through our website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when our consultant confirms availability and price in writing (WhatsApp, email or receipt) and the required payment is received.
- Fares, hotel rates and visa fees change until they are issued or paid.
- Names must match the passport exactly. Correction charges set by airlines are payable by the traveller.
Prices & payments
Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise and include the items listed in your quotation only. Government taxes, airline surcharges and exchange-rate changes made before ticketing may change the final price.
We never ask for card details on WhatsApp or by email. Payments are made at our office, by bank transfer to our company account, or through a secure payment link.
Air tickets
Each ticket follows the fare rules of the airline, including baggage, date change, refund and no-show conditions. We explain these rules before issuing. Schedule changes and cancellations made by airlines are outside our control, but we help you rebook or claim a refund.
Visas, Umrah & Hajj
Visa decisions are made only by the relevant embassy or government. We prepare and submit files carefully, but we cannot guarantee approval or processing time. Visa and service fees already paid to an embassy or authority are not refundable if a visa is refused.
Umrah and Hajj packages follow the rules of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Saudi Arabia, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Pakistan.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
Ask for any change or cancellation in writing. Refunds follow the rules of the airline, hotel or provider, minus their charges and our service fee. Refunds are paid by the method used for payment once we receive the money from the provider.
Traveller responsibilities
- Keep your passport valid for at least six months from your travel date.
- Give correct and complete information and documents.
- Check that you meet health, vaccination and entry rules for your destination.
- Arrive at the airport in time for check-in.
Liability
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies and other providers. We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries or costs caused by these providers, by weather, strikes, pandemics or other events outside our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Pakistan. We may update them at any time; the version on this page applies to new bookings.
